I would like to take some time and personally thank everyone for making 2008 a success for Yourselves and REDDLION Fitness.

I would also like to welcome the new members of the REDDLION Family. A new day is dawning and I am so excited about the coming months. LifeSport Fit Club has been a hit in the well known World Gym, Auburn, AL. I thank the owner and staff for their constant support in making this the healthiest and fit year that you have ever hoped for.
