"Oh no. I did it again...!"

Oh No! I have been meaning to work out all day. I have been so busy lately that I keep forgetting to go to the gym. I have so much on my plate and it only leaves a little time for me during the week. I may as well wait until things slow down or wait until after football and holiday season to get started. If I can’t dedicate an hour or two to working out; I may as well not do it, Right?

Wrong!!

We were taught to always Share, Right?!

Wow,
It is great to see all the progress we have made since you took that deep breath and consciously decided to do something about your lifestyle change.

With the terms Fitness and Wellness becoming “The Buzz Word”, there are still so many people that have common challenges with their current lifestyle condition. Wouldn’t it be great to share a gift of wellness and personal fitness to keep the cycle flowing for a great change in our area? If you can think of anyone (family, friend, or associate) who would take advantage of the synergy that is changing your lifestyle, the reward would be theirs and yours.

In the up coming week, feel free to share my personal Twitter account, phone number, business card, email, and website; or bring them on a field trip to one of your sessions. ACT NOW and when they schedule their appointment, they will get a body fat analysis/consult for $40 off regular rate and you will receive a special gift; from me, for sharing a piece of your fitness world.

Thank you again and continue in your successful Lifestyle Change.

To your success

COME OUT...Come Out Wherever You Are!

Now that it's starting to get warm outside, get out and INjoy.

  • Go for a nice long walk.
  • Play. (INjoy some recreation with family, children, loved ones, roommates etc.)
  • Take your workout to the park, back yard or deck area.
  • Open up the windows as you "Spring Clean".
  • Walk the dog.
  • Prepare your soil for your garden or flower bed.
  • Wipe the dust off of your bike and ride it. (This will also save money and gas.)
  • Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables.

The point is there are many different ways we can transform our lifestyle and stay fit. We have been stuffed in and bundled up for months. Get out, get the breeze in your hair, get some sun on your skin and INjoy this time of Rebirth and Transformation.

Does "Thinking"(mental work, desk work, computer work etc.) make you eat more?

The Fit Club question is now UP to 60 points. Who will answer correctly and re: define you?

"Eat This...!"

I am going to be honest here. I usually don’t do this and wasn't asked to do so but when I read the pages of this book, I said I have got to share this with everyone.

Eat This, Not That! Thousands of Simple Food Swaps that Can Save You 10, 20, 30 Pounds--or More! (Paperback)by David Zinczenko (Author), Matt Goulding (Author)is a very good tool to empower yourself and your family with a new and healthy ways of shopping and eating out. I was amazed to see that (1) of my favorite meals had half of my daily needed calories . WOW HALF. Was I shocked or what!

Did you know: From the website

An Egg McMuffin® is a healthier breakfast choice than a bagel? (You’ll save 210 calories!)
White chocolate can cause depression – but dark chocolate can cure it?
A Krispy Kreme® glazed doughnut has 130 fewer calories than one from Dunkin’ Donuts®?
Choosing a Subway® turkey sub over the Panera® version will save you 510 calories? (
Make this swap once a month for a year and you’ll shed nearly two pounds!)

We can always learn more about personal fitness and wellness and this is a GREAT START. You can order the book clicking here, Eat This, Not That.

I am buying several copies. Are YOU ready!

Yours in wellness.

"Katie, Stepping Up To New Levels...!"

Before meeting with Kolayah, my fitness level was not what I have always wanted it to be. Since I am an Auburn University Majorette, being physically fit is top on my priority list.

Since meeting with Kolayah, I am finally getting the body that I want; not to mention my energy has increased greatly. I am realizing I have muscle in places I never thought I had muscle before. My clothes are beginning to fall off- which I have never had happen to me before.

Not only is it giving me a reason to go shopping but it is also giving me the confidence to keep pushing myself to new levels. Having Kolayah to push me has meant more to me than anything has before. Just when I don’t think I have the strength to keep going, I have a helping hand and an encouraging voice to keep me going!

IT WAS ONLY A SLICE

According to the TV Show 'The Food Detectives' [Food Network], an average slice of pizza has 3 grams of oil. If you eat 2 slices per week for a year, you will have successfully consumed 2 cups of oil. You have the potential to gain an extra pound per year if you don't pat the oil off the top of your pie.
